Strategic Review of Internal Suppliers

A significant proportion of Corporate  Banking’s cost base is incurred via  internal suppliers on a transfer pricing  basis. Initial analysis identified the source  of costs to understand the cross charging  policy, with further detailed analysis of  the main suppliers. A strategic review  identified potential options for reducing  cost across the business unit which were  then presented to the Board.
