iC accountancy was engaged to set up an end to end financial model which covers all aspects of the business, down to product level. The model takes forceast sales data, and calculates the bills of materials, scrap values, resource requirements including night/weekend overtime premiums, and production scheduling options phased on a monthly basis, with a P/L, balance sheet and cashflow statement also being automatically produced. This model also enables the client to change currency pricing, raw material costs and production yields to analyse the financial and operational impact of different strategies.
